Concept |
The concept for The Chance Encounter Image Project was influenced by Henri Cartier-Bresson's traditional street photography 'Ideal' (quote) "The only thing I want is to capture a fraction of a second of reality". In Cartier-Bresson's view, it is 'Not just any moment but The Decisive Moment' that expresses 'The Essence of A Situation'. |
Project |
This project is designed to challenge the photographers' spontaneous creative perception and technical ability to react, as the photographer explores 'The Capturing of A Moment'. To-date, this on-going documentary image project has taken 'countless-hours' to shoot. As for being in the right place at the right time, that is just a matter of fate ! |
